It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that any contractor hired possesses the appropriate local licenses, bonds, and insurance required for the project.

2. Independent Contractor Network

The Site provides a directory and communications referral service. We do not provide physical contracting services, we are not employers or agents of any service providers, and we do not supervise or control contractor work quality, safety, or scheduling.

3. Customer Verification Responsibility

Customers bear the sole and independent responsibility to evaluate, interview, and verify all licensing, certifications, liability insurance coverage, and workers compensation compliance for any contractor hired through this referral service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WNC Excavating, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from contracts, negotiations, estimates, or physical work performed by independent contractors found through the Site.
